Scope of Works

The Maroubra project involved significant demolition and construction activities to enhance local property infrastructure. The detailed scope included:

• Complete demolition of the existing structures on the main property to prepare for future development.

• Construction of a new driveway for the neighboring property, improving access and aesthetic appeal.

• Amendments to both the slab and driveway of another adjacent property, ensuring enhanced functionality and structural integrity.

This project aimed to revitalise the area by upgrading infrastructure and preparing the main site for subsequent redevelopment.
